
An Appleton teenager has been arrested for his role in the recent shooting in Erb Park.
16-year-old Cashmere Williams is facing a charge of Attempted 1st Degree Intentional Homicide.
Surveillance video captured Williams approaching the victim from behind at around 4:30 Monday evening.
He then pulled out a pistol and shot the victim.
The unidentified victim was hit in the arm, so they were able to flee and speak with investigators.
Two witnesses also reported seeing the shooting and recognized Williams as the shooter.
He was later arrested in his home and had his bail set at $750,000.
