A suspect was shot in Grand Chute while officers were serving an arrest warrant.
The incident occurred at around 3:00 p.m. on West Lawrence Street when the officers on the scene had to address what they are calling an “unknown situation”.
It was during that “unknown situation” that the individual was shot.
The individual is expected to recover.
The Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident to determine what led to the shooting and if it was justified.
