Taylor D. Schabusines
The Green Bay woman who killed, dismembered, and sexually assaulted a man a year and a half ago will likely be spending a long time behind bars.
Last week, a jury not only found Taylor Schabusiness guilty in the killing of Shad Thyrion but also rejected an insanity plea.
Her conviction came after three days of testimony, and the insanity rejection after one more.
In total, the jury spent less than 2 hours deliberating, about half an hour on the conviction, and about an hour on the insanity plea.
Schabusiness’ conviction carries with it a mandatory life sentence, but parole eligibility will also be discussed during her hearing, which is scheduled for September 26th.
