The identities of the six people involved in a deadly crash in Allouez late last week have been released.
According to the Brown County Sheriff’s Office, 22-year-old Kelton J. Snulligan was driving north on Webster Avenue when he struck a car being driven by 28-year-old Luis A. Rios-Alvarado.
The crash occurred in front of the Kwik Trip in the 2200 block of South Webster.
Rio-Alvarado and 22-year-old Trevor M. Mermon both died in the crash while Snulligan, Olivia V. Mathias, Anthony K.W. Schenia, and Ulyssa NMI Estrada were all injured.
Snulligan is still in the hospital at last word but is expected to face charges.
The Sheriff’s office has indicated that speed and alcohol are believed to be contributing factors, however, the Crash Reconstruction Unit is continuing to investigate.
