The gas prices in some counties in Eastern Wisconsin rose over the past week, but others reported a dip.
According to the AAA Gas Prices webpage, Manitowoc and Sheboygan Counties each reported four-cent declines since this time last week, now sitting at $3.29 and $3.24 per gallon respectively.
Calumet County reported a one-cent dip to $3.24, while Outagamie County’s average remained unchanged at $3.16.
Brown and Kewaunee Counties each saw four-cent increases over the past week to $3.22 and $3.24 respectively, and Door County’s average jumped six cents to $3.25.
The state average also rose, albeit by only a penny to $3.35, and the national average swelled by two cents to $3.56.
The most expensive fuel in the U.S. is in California, where they are averaging $4.90 while the least expensive is in Mississippi where motorists are paying $3.01 per gallon.
