
The Manitowoc Bandits are on the road tonight following a win in Denmark Friday night.
The Bandits toppled the Devilbears 5-2, and in doing so took a two-game lead over the rest of the Shoreland League.
Ben Coons led the offensive attack Friday, driving in three runs, while starting pitcher Luke Mandich would go 7 and one-third innings, recording 8 strikeouts while allowing 4 hits, and recording an RBI of his own.
Earl Vorpagel came on to record the save, allowing no hits and striking out a pair.
The Bandits will be in Casco tonight taking on the Athletics at Village Park.
First pitch is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
