Governor Scott Walker recently announced the export number for the state of Wisconsin last year, and the overall amount rose by 6%. In total, Wisconsin businesses exported $22.3 billion in goods and services to over 200 countries. The three biggest markets accounting for the increase were Canada, Mexico and China. Canadian exports tallied in at $6.9 billion, a 4.3% jump, while $3.2 billion worth of good were shipped to Mexico, and increase of 4.8%. The largest market jump by far was to China, who saw a 21.6% leap to $1.7 billion.
