A man from Mississippi is facing charges in Dunn County following allegations of firing bullets at vehicles and committing a sexual assault against a woman.
Jesse Fortenberry is now confronted with nine charges stemming from two distinct cases. He appeared in court yesterday.
According to the Menomonie Police, Fortenberry fired multiple shots, causing damage to two cars in downtown Menomonie on Tuesday evening.
Investigators also revealed that he allegedly sexually assaulted a woman from the local community the previous night.
Currently, Fortenberry is being held on a cash bond set at $5,000.
