The judge responsible for the case of the Green Bay teenager who was behind the wheel during a fatal crash last year gave no ruling on the potential move to juvenile court.
For the past two days, the defense team for 16-year-old Sienna Pecore has been arguing that the case should be in juvenile court, but even after two days of testimony, the judge did not make a firm decision.
Both sides will now submit their summary arguments in writing so the judge can review them and make a decision ahead of the September trial.
Pecore was allegedly driving at speeds of over 100 miles per hour at the time of the crash last fall, which occurred on Mason Street.
The crash ended up killing 17-year-old Cruz Beltran.
Pecore is due back in court on September 25th for a status hearing.
