For the seventh week in a row, eastern Wisconsin counties are reporting a dip in gas prices.
According to the AAA Gas Prices webpage, Manitowoc County’s average price per gallon of regular unleaded fuel is down six cents since this time last week, now averaging $3.33.
Sheboygan County’s average is down three cents to $3.28 while Calumet County is reporting an eight-cent dip to $3.25 per gallon.
The largest decline in the area came in Outagamie County, where motorists are paying nine cents less per gallon with an average of $3.16, which is also the least expensive fuel in the area.
Brown County reported a three-cent dip to $3.18, Kewaunee County is down five cents to $3.20, and Door County’s average fell six cents to $3.19.
The state average also fell four cents to $3.34 while the national average actually rose two cents to $3.54.
Since the final week in May, the seven-county area we cover has seen the average price per gallon of fuel drop 25 cents, and since this week last year, the price has dropped $1.13.
