A tanker truck was involved in a crash in Outagamie County Wednesday evening, resulting in hazmat crews being called to the scene.
The crash occurred at around 10:00 p.m. at the intersection of County Highway N and Grenier Road.
The semi was said to be fully loaded with an alcohol-based chemical at the time, which led first responders to call the Appleton Hazmat team.
Eight members worked through the night, finally controlling the leak at around 3:30 a.m. and transferring the chemical to another trailer.
From there, the semi was uprighted and towed away.
No injuries were reported.
