A former Madison police officer who was charged after an incident with a woman at a restaurant last year has a trial date set for December 5th.
The victim claims that after taking a selfie together, Keith Brown took her phone, wouldn’t give it back, and squeezed her hands until she was cut—possibly by his fingernails, keys, or a piece of jewelry.
After the Madison Police Department conducted an internal investigation, Brown ultimately tendered his resignation.
He faces a disorderly conduct charge.
