A man who was shot and killed over the weekend in Madison’s downtown area has been identified by authorities.
Nicholas Taylor-Washington, age 20, was shot just after 3:30 a.m. on Sunday on East Dayton Street, and he later passed away in a nearby hospital.
There have been no reported arrests.
