The person accused of setting the pro-life office in Madison on fire is attempting to have his federal case dismissed.
This month, Hridindu Sankar Roychowdhury’s attorneys filed a motion asserting the constitutionality of the arson charges against him.
Additionally, he is contesting the warrant’s authority to search his house and phone.
According to investigators, Roychowdhury was the one who, in May of last year, threw two Molotov cocktails into the Wisconsin Family Action Office
. According to federal prosecutors, a DNA match allowed them to connect Roychowdhury to the case.
