Police in Madison are looking for whoever fired the bullets that hit three east-side houses.
The shootings happened yesterday just before noon along Dahle Street.
The homes were not the intended target, according to the investigators.
In two cars, two groups of people allegedly engaged in a shootout.
The police believe stray bullets were to blame for the homes’ damage.
The residents of the houses claim that they had to fall to the ground and dial 911 in order to protect themselves.
