The father accused of kidnapping his infant daughter last weekend allegedly threatened to torture her and throw her out the window.
The D.A. officially charged Khijuan Parker, 29, with a crime.
He is accused of kicking in his ex’s door and stealing his daughter last Wednesday.
This caused an Amber Alert to be triggered.
Parker is considering charges for burglary, bail jumping, felony intimidation, and domestic abuse.
The infant was discovered unharmed.
