After his mother called the police to report that he had stabbed her in the neck, a man in western Wisconsin is now in jail.
It occurred in Cameron, Barron County Monday morning, just before 9:00 a.m.
The State Patrol and the Barron County Sheriff’s Office both responded to the residence where they peacefully detained Michael Townsend, the woman’s 30-year-old son.
The woman was flown in critical condition to the hospital in Eau Claire.
