The suspect in the Memorial Day fight in Fitchburg that resulted in a shooting is facing attempted homicide charges and a $250,000 bond.
Prosecutors brought charges against Dawaun Hugger, 20.
He was fighting with three men on Memorial Day, according to Fitchburg Police, when one of them grabbed a gun and shot Hugger in the arm.
Hugger allegedly then grabbed his own weapon and repeatedly shot the other man, leaving the victim with 13 wounds, according to investigators.
Nobody has revealed what sparked the altercation.
