Tuesday marked the first day of postseason play for local and area baseball teams.
In Division 1, Slinger defeated Fond du Lac 5-4 in an 8-inning matchup and will now take on top-seeded Manitowoc Lincoln at Municipal Field on Thursday.
First pitch is scheduled for 5:00 p.m.
Meanwhile, in Division 2, Denmark snuck by Luxemburg Casco 6-5 while Wrightstown beat Clintonville 4-1.
The Vikings and Tigers will square off in a Regional Final today in Denmark. Elsewhere, Little Chute shutout Shawano 8-0 and will travel to Notre Dame today, as the Tritons beat Freedom 9-8.
Chilton beat Waupaca 2-1 and will be hosting Campbellsport following their 6-2 win over Fox Valley Lutheran.
In Division 3, New Holstein outlasted Kewaunee 7-5 in an 11-inning matchup and will be traveling to Mishicot today to take on the Indians, who ousted St. Mary Catholic 2-0.
Also, Southern Door dominated Howards Grove 15-5 and will be in Kiel today to battle a Raiders team who doubled up Brillion 6-3.
