It could soon be a bit easier for Wisconsin’s airports to keep animals away from the runway.
A hearing on a proposal to amend the state’s hunting laws to include exceptions for hunting nuisance animals will take place today in Madison among lawmakers.
The modifications include enabling shooters to cross the road and use a light to locate animals.
The modifications would only be applicable to designated shooters and airports.
