A man was arrested on Memorial Day after he reportedly slammed into multiple vehicles and was driving on the wrong side of the road.
A Manitowoc Police Officer was sent to the 400 block of North 8th Street just after 8:00 p.m. on a report of a vehicle swerving in the roadway.
The car had also allegedly struck three parked cars and was driving on the wrong side of the road.
A witness was able to get the license plate of the vehicle, which led police to a trailer in the trailer park at 88 Albert Drive.
The officer arrived at the residence and found a 46-year-old man in the driver’s seat.
When the driver got out, the officer noted a strong smell of intoxicants, leading him to conduct a field sobriety test.
The driver failed the test, which led to him being arrested on his 4th OWI.
