This Memorial Day weekend, according to AAA, Wisconsin will see more travelers than it has in the previous three years.
Over the extended holiday weekend, according to AAA, about 800 000 people will travel outside the state.
That would be the most since 830,000 people traveled over Memorial Day weekend in Wisconsin prior to the coronavirus outbreak in 2019. It is anticipated that 90% of them will drive.
Between Friday and Monday, AAA anticipates just over 42 million Americans will travel.
The busiest day of the extended holiday weekend for travel is anticipated to be today.
