
The young man arrested with a gun near Waukesha North High School last month has a $250,000 bond.
Asahel Ali, now 18 years old, was ordered to be held yesterday by a judge on charges of felony bail jumping, recklessly endangering safety, and possession of weapons.
Following a loaded rifle sighting near Waukesha North last month, police detained Ali.
According to investigators, he shot his house with the rifle, and the bullet landed in a neighbor’s garage.
The case is not as aggressive as first believed, according to Ali’s attorney.
At the time of his arrest for a case involving a stolen car, Ali was free on bail.
