At the Outagamie County board meeting this week, a protester had to be escorted out by the sheriff’s office.
The Freedom Road Socialist Organization member Jay Gibbs claimed that when he wouldn’t stop talking, deputies escorted him out of the meeting.
After County Supervisor Timothy Hermes was accused of saying someone could pose as a transgender person to enter a women’s bathroom and assault someone, Gibbs attended the meeting and organized a protest outside.
That is transphobic, claim Gibbs and other protesters, and they want Hermes fired.
