The fastest member of Congress is once again a representative from Wisconsin.
Congressman Mike Gallagher triumphed in the ACLI Capital Challenge Wednesday.
Members of Congress and others participated in a 5k race at the Capitol.
Gallagher has won the event for the last six years in a row.
He finished the race in a little more than 20 minutes.
Each year, the race is held to raise money for Junior Achievement USA.
