A 37-year-old Manitowoc woman is facing charges following a drug overdose in her home.
Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 1100 block of Green Street at 4:40 p.m. Saturday to investigate the report, and they found the deceased individual in a bathroom in the basement.
A woman who lives in the home admitted to using heroin and fentanyl at around 3:00 a.m. and said the deceased was in bed with her at that time.
She said she woke up at 3:00 p.m. and found the man dead in the bathroom. A search of her bedroom uncovered a digital scale, a glass vial containing the drugs, and several other items of drug paraphernalia.
The woman was arrested on charges of Possession of Fentanyl with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
She is one of four people arrested over the weekend in Manitowoc on drug-related charges.
