Three people are without a home in Green Bay after a house fire over the weekend.
The Green Bay Metro Fire Department was called to the 1400 block of Frank Street just after 7:15 Sunday night on a report of a structure fire.
The blaze was visible through a window upon their arrival, so the responding crews got to work.
They were able to quell the flames within about 10 minutes but not before they caused an estimated $25,000 in damage.
No human injuries were reported, but two amphibious animals died.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
