Manitowoc County is getting some more state money for pandemic recovery.
The Department of Health Services is granting nearly $1.6 million to 23 county birth to 3 programs, and Manitowoc County made the list and will get $8,830.
Also in our area, Door County is slated to get over $102,000 while the trio of Outagamie, Winnebago, and Calumet Counties are getting over $22,000.
This money was designated to help these programs yield positive results for infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families.
These funds must be used by September 30th, 2023.
