The juvenile who is accused of raping an elderly woman violently in Waukesha two years ago will have his or her case presented before the jury.
When the prosecution called their last witness Thursday, Khalil Perry, the teenager, opted not to testify.
In 2021, near the Waukesha public library, Perry is accused of kidnapping, robbing, and then sexually abusing an 88-year-old woman.
His police interview, in which he admitted to kidnapping and robbing the victim but denied sexually abusing her, was played by the prosecution yesterday.
