The man who reportedly threatened a judge and the prosecutor in Chippewa County is being held on a $100,000 bond.
Duluth resident Harley Alcala made his initial court appearance Thursday on accusations of making a terroristic threat.
Tuesday morning, according to the D.A., Alcala threatened the court.
He was detained as he traveled from Minnesota to the Chippewa Falls courts.
In order to free him from his automobile, officials actually had to dispatch a SWAT squad and a hostage negotiator.
If Alcala is able to post his bond, the judge in the case indicated he will let the public know.
