Taylor D. Schabusines
After two previous exams had mixed results, the defense team for Taylor Schabusiness is asking for another competency exam.
Schabusiness is accused of killing and dismembering Shad Thyrion last February.
Her defense team is arguing that the latest exam, conducted in November, is no longer current, as it was done prior to Schabusiness’ attack on her previous attorney.
Her new lawyer is connecting that to a mental breakdown.
She is due back in Brown County Court on Tuesday, May 9th.
