Markus Allen, a wide receiver for the Badgers, may be charged with using a weapon.
According to the Dane County Sheriff’s Office, Allen was detained over the weekend at the Mifflin Street Block Party and is facing a potential charge of using a firearm while intoxicated.
He is no longer being held and has not yet been charged.
44 people were detained at the party according to police.
