The Shorewood woman who spit on a BLM protester in 2020 has been found guilty
Stephanie Rapkin, 67, was found guilty of misdemeanor disorderly conduct by a jury Wednesday.
The judge later dismissed the hate crime accusation that Milwaukee County prosecutors had initially brought against her.
During the summer of 2020, Rapkin was seen on camera spitting on a child protester.
According to her attorney, she acted in self-defense.
