
After an acid tanker truck rolled onto its side in Chippewa County, precautions were taken all day long.
The incident took place in Stanley, close to South Broadway Street.
According to Stanley Police, the tanker turned over while carrying 3,000 gallons of sulfuric acid.
No acid, according to the police, leaked.
Nevertheless, a haz-mat crew was requested, and police stopped numerous streets while the cleanup was being done.
There have been no injuries reported.
The reason why the truck swung onto its side is unknown, according to the authorities.
