Legislators in Wisconsin are debating a proposal that would make it simpler to slaughter “nuisance” animals at state airports.
A hearing on a proposal to alter some of the state’s hunting regulations so that workers could shoo animals off of airport runways will take place today before the Senate’s Committee on Natural Resources.
The proposed proposal would create exceptions to Wisconsin’s regulations regarding nighttime hunting, firing from the street or a parking lot, and operating a loaded firearm while driving.
