Democrats have refused to concede the Milwaukee suburbs’ State Senate contest.
The Eighth Senate District contest, according to Jodi Habush Sinykin’s campaign, was too close to call last night.
She lost the election to current state representative Dan Knodl by more than a thousand ballots.
Republicans in the Wisconsin Senate would have a veto-proof majority and be able to override the governor or dismiss some of his cabinet secretaries if Knodl’s lead persists.
