A Manitowoc woman was arrested over the weekend for her 7th OWI.
According to police reports, a witness called in an individual driving on the wrong side of the road in the area of North 8th Street and Reed Avenue at around 4:30 Saturday evening.
The witness told officers that the vehicle had parked in the nearby Citgo gas station parking lot, and exited the vehicle.
The responding officer located the 59-year-old woman, who denied driving her vehicle.
She claimed a friend drove her and walked home.
However, the keys to the vehicle were found on her person, and she was nabbed for OWI, her 7th offense.
