The man accused of setting fire to a hotel room in Green Bay has officially been charged.
Levon Douglas is facing charges of Interfering with Fire Fighting, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, and Disorderly Conduct.
Firefighters and police were called to the Days Inn on East Mason Street early Monday morning on a report of a fire in Room 130.
When crews entered, Douglas was found standing completely naked in the center of the room with pieces of a broken mirror at his feet.
The electric coils on the room’s stove were said to be red hot, and a pile of clothes was burning on the floor next to it.
Douglas reportedly failed to comply with police orders and was eventually tased.
He was eventually taken into custody, and taken to a local hospital for treatment.
The incident caused an estimated $10,000 in damage to the room.
