The Sheboygan Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a man with numerous outstanding warrants.
Jasper Piggee is known to frequent bars on Michigan Avenue in Sheboygan, and has a number of open assault investigations.
He is also known by multiple aliases including Little Dog, Little Chubs, Jazz, and J.
