Residents of Sheboygan County may be getting a phone call from a strange number soon, but you are encouraged to answer.
Healthy Sheboygan County has teamed up with JKV Research to conduct a health survey.
The organization will be calling residents until 400 people take the survey.
The number JKV will be using is 414-774-0623, and they will be asking questions about primary care, health coverage, and other factors related to physical and mental health.
No questions will be asked about finance or your social security number, so if you do get a call from someone asking for those things, hang up.
The results of the study will be made public later this year after the data is tabulated.
