Bail is set at $1.000 recognizance for a 33-year-old Manitowoc man who was seen waving a gun at Walmart over the weekend.
Edwin Guzman Galarza has been charged with Disorderly Conduct and three counts of Bail Jumping, two Felony, and one misdemeanor.
Police responded to the call based on a witness report of the incident and located Guzman-Galarza a short distance away at the Shell Gas Station on South 41st Street and Calumet Avenue.
He eventually set the gun on the ground which turned out to be an airsoft bb gun.
Surveillance video corroborated the witness testimony and Guzman-Galarza was taken into custody.
No conditions of bail were imposed by the court and his initial appearance is scheduled for April 3rd at 1:30.
