Police in Madison say they saw a man peering through the windows of downtown homes and arrested him.
A woman called the police around 3:30 a.m. Sunday, claiming that the man was sneaking around her house and peering through her windows near Bassett Street and West Mifflin, according to the police.
The suspect was found nearby, according to the police, dressed entirely in black.
He’s accused of cluttered direct and intruding.
