According to Milwaukee County deputies, a drug-addled man shut down I-43 near Lapham last night.
The man, according to deputies, was lying in the middle of the interstate.
He wasn’t hurt, but because he was unconscious, it took the sheriff’s office a while to get him out of the road.
The man needed Narcan, according to the deputies, to wake him up and get him off the interstate.
