
A man charged in the shooting death of Eric Hudson in Appleton a few months ago has been ordered to stand trial.
53-year-old Eric Rodgers is charged with 1st Degree Intentional Homicide, Robbery, Taking a Vehicle Without the Owner’s Consent, and Bail Jumping.
Hudson was found dead in a home in the 700 block of West Summer Street on November 15th.
Rodgers’ SUV was parked in the parking lot of the residence, which was a known drug house, but he was nowhere to be found.
Two days later, Rodgers was located in Green Bay and arrested.
No date has been set for his trial.
