There are a pair of governmental meetings scheduled for today in Manitowoc County.
First up is the Finance Committee, which will be in the Heritage Center at 5:00 p.m.
They will be getting updates on the county finances before looking over their population and secure detention reports from January.
Then at 5:30 p.m., the County Board of Supervisors will be in the Board Meeting Room.
They will give the public time to comment before appointing members of the Ethics Board, Emergency Planning Committee, and Traffic Safety Commission.
The board will then appoint the members of the Courthouse Restoration Advisory Committee.
Supervisors Jim Brey, Jim Baumann, Doug Klein, Leo Naidl, Ryan Phipps, and Ken Sitkiewitz will be on that board, along with Judge Robert Dewane, and citizen members Kaitlin Piazza and John Delsmann.
