A Waupaca County mom is heading to prison for her role in her son’s murder back in 2019.
A judge yesterday sentenced 37-year-old Tiffany Powell to 15 years in prison.
Prosecutors say she helped her boyfriend track down her son after he stole the boyfriend’s lizards and snakes.
Video shows Powell pointing a double-barreled shotgun at her son as the boyfriend prepared to fight him.
Prosecutors say the boyfriend actually pulled the trigger, but they say Powell was a part of the crime.
The boyfriend, William Zelenski, is looking at homicide charges but has not yet gone to trial.
