A Chicago Illinois man has been convicted on two charges stemming from a late September theft from the Manitowoc Walmart.
25-year-old Mahmoud Alrub has pleaded guilty on charges of Retail Theft as Party to the Crime and Possession of THC while a charge of Possession of Narcotic Drugs was dismissed.
Alrub and 25-year-old Alah H. Deeb were both seen placing items in their carts before pushing them past the self-checkouts.
They were promptly arrested by Manitowoc Police.
Alrub was ordered to pay a $1,121 fine as a part of the plea.
