It’s 40 years in prison for the man who shot and wounded three police officers in Wauwatosa last year.
A judge yesterday (December 8th) gave Kenneth Burney four decades behind bars for the shooting at the Radisson Hotel.
Police were responding to a separate shots fired call when they found Burney holed up in his room.
When officers broke down his door, he opened fire.
Three Tosa officers were wounded, and all three survived.
He was convicted in the case earlier this year.
