An Oak Creek man is behind bars for last week’s road rage shooting at the Kwik Trip in Sturtevant.
Police say 24-year-old Gage Cortez turned himself in last Friday.
He’s accused of shooting a man in both legs during a fight in the Kwik Trip parking lot last Tuesday.
Investigators say he fired 15 shots in all.
Prosecutors say they caught the shooting on tape and were able to track Cortez down.
