Ships Gymnasts Continue to Fly High

The Manitowoc Lincoln High School girls’ gymnastics team stayed unbeaten in Eastern Valley Conference action last night with a road victory over Oshkosh. The Ships prevailed 130.875 to 128.6 in the dual meet. Coach Jacque Bartow tells us that Brynn Tackett won three events and the All-Around with a score of 36.18, while also earning a runner-up finish on vault. This completes a grueling stretch of five meets in 10 days for Manitowoc, which is scheduled to compete at the Whitefish Bay invite on Saturday.
